On Instagram, a fan commented on Gunn's latest photo that shows the GOTG cast traveling to Paris to promote the film. The fan wrote, "Hey James, can you confirm there is a post-credits scene for GOTG Vol 3?" To everyone's surprise, Gunn replied, "There's no post-credits scene. There's two." Looks like fans will get to see a mid-credits scene and a post-credits scene.
For the uninitiated, the upcoming film will reportedly mark Gunn's last outing with Marvel Studios as he is the new co-CEO of DC Studios. It was Gunn who wrote and brought the film series to life. Going by the initial reactions, the director has come up with a completely emotional end to the series.
